Every Moment Counts!

Even the moments we go down the Bumpy Roads, Count....
The road pictured above looks rocky and barren. There is a little greenery and it hardly looks habitable. There are potholes in the road that have been fixed so many times they begin to run together......Yet this is one of my most favorite places in the world. It is lush and tropical, with plenty of wildlife.  Hawaii.  If you panned out and looked at the whole you would probably not even notice these details.  This is just one road, in one section of this place. Just a small part, but even the small parts that help make up the big parts, do count. Every moment counts in your life. Make them great!

Even the wrong road or path can teach us volumes of lessons and show us the strength we did not know we possessed.  We would not know what that looked like unless we travel it.  Without that hardship we could not grow.  Every moment counts.

Imagine the processes of your body, You need every little function in order for you to be able to breath and function or even to read this text.  You could do it with a few things missing for a while but eventually you would expire. All those things together make you and help you function.  Like the moments of your life.

What I'm trying to say here is this: we have many paths or choices in this life and sometimes the choices we make do not turn out the way we expect.  But with out those moments we would not be ourselves.  If we did not experience heart break from a partner perhaps we would not have learned what exactly we are looking for in a mate or how not to be fooled......And what it truly feels like to me in love.   All essential for survival.  How about that job we just had to get but once we did it was terrible.... These are the moments that can define us and build character as we choose what to do next.  I am here to help you through that process, with knowledge and structure that can be duplicated and used in many parts of your life, on an every day basis to help enrich your life.

Having made the choices we have, we can only learn from them. We must learn from them!  We must learn what roads we wish to travel and which ones we do not wish to travel again.  As your guide, I have been down many of these roads already.  I Have traveled many a road and know what to expect at the end of it, the destination.  I Know what hardships are along that particular road and I already know if the destination, is in fact, worth it and can give you the tools to decide if it is worth it to you.  Just because a road is not pretty or a trail to the top of the mountain is difficult, does not mean it is not worth traversing.  And there is certainly more than one way to conquer a mountain.  I have the map.  Do you Want to see it?

What I do here, is help you draw your own roadmap to your life. This roadmap can be changed or altered at any point in time, as you see fit. The long-term results of what I will teach you, will help you keep making good decisions, strong goals and achieving success throughout your life. Because I have lots of experience, in many areas, I can tell you what the road looks like along the way. I can tell you if the road is going to be difficult or easy, if there are dangers along the way and I can even help you pick your resting spots. All these are very important on this journey of life and even in our businesses and interpersonal relationships.  You can always arrive at your destination in the shortest amount of time with a map.

Me? Well, I could write a whole book about me and my life. But let's just go over it quickly. :-) I came from the wrong side of town in a very poverty stricken area in California. I  bought my first house when I was 20!  I have conquered a divorce, where my ex stalked and  tried to kill me several times.  I have found love Several times and it is worth it, people! I have defeated a disease called MS that almost killed me twice and I Thrive! I was in a wheel chair but I Run now!  I have raised two sisters, and three boys of my own, by myself, plus a few stragglers, I adopted. :-) My oldest son suffers from schizophrenia and I miss him very much. There is more….. You do not see me moping around feeling sorry for myself. I live a full and healthy life. We must learn to deal with the stresses of our life or die. And we can enjoy the moments of our life.

I was abused by my parents, and my ex-husband. I have survived several narcissistic relationships. Don't worry, do you see the smile on my face? It is a real and genuine.  I am genuinely happy and satisfied with my life. Life propels us ever on, So I ask what are you going to do with your very precious moments?  We must make lemonade with the lemons life offers us and use the people in our life as the sweetener.  We must learn to deal with and adjust to what life throws at us. We must learn, to learn from our lessons.  And if we are really smart, then we are going to learn from other people’s lessons as well. I highly recommend this. :-)

I have taken all the lemons from my life, and made some pretty awesome lemonade. Which I will gladly share the recipe with you.

What helped me gather the strength to be able to get through day after day?
What gave me joy in my life?
How did I pass these lessons on to my children?
It can be done. I can help you. My systems work.  It’s all about your mind, your body and your soul. Together these things can help you get through just about anything life throws at you. If your mind, body and soul are healthy everything else falls into place. Life happens, it is how we deal with it that defines us.

I have owned Several Very successful businesses and made far above average in my industries. Yes, I said industries.  I have worked with and for several mainstream Businesses. I have been an administrator for a major company as well as worked in human resources. I have been advisor to many businesses.  I have experience in social media and extensive background in marketing and the science behind it. I can turn any business into a successful one in no time at all. Try me! I know every angle and marketing tactic in the books. I know what works for what industry.  Even what colors you should paint your business to training your sales people.  I even owned a school, a clothing store and a marketing company, Just to name a few. You see, my resume is broad in business as well.

Because of this disease, multiple sclerosis, I have an extensive background in nutrition and own a nutrition business. Nutrition is what saved my life.

Illness recovery coaching is my passion and I am very successful at it.  If you are sick I can help. :-) I have spent time at the Gershon Institute in Mexico. Please do not let one more day go by without contacting me if you have disease. You can have your life back.

I love education. Without education, there cannot be change, without change there cannot be growth. Without growth, we are dying.

I believe, I am here to educate you, in life. To teach you how to embrace your life and to love yourself. Without this, self-love, one is lost. Without knowing yourself and who you are, how do you know what road to take? What destination your life will make?

So join me on a journey to your New Life.

Stacey

Embrace your life....

I live my life by these rules, this poem I wrote.

Live your life while you are alive.
Set your goals.
Make your plans.
Live your life vibrato.

Be thankful for every moment that does not pass you by.
Remember worrying about tomorrow will make you miss today.
So pay close attention to the big and the small  in every way.

There are good and bad in all the moments that we've had. Do not let the bad ones define you and never Forget the good ones left behind you.

They were put there for a reason If we forget them, We will never grow into our true season.
